Return & Refund Policy

At Dirty Hair Club, I’m committed to providing products that are crafted with care and love for both my customers and the planet. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I want to make it right.

Returns

Due to the nature of my products and my commitment to hygiene and safety, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. However, if your order is damaged, incorrect, or you received the wrong product, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order, and I’ll be happy to assist you.

To initiate a return request for a damaged or incorrect item, please email me at hello@dirtyhairclub.com with the following details:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photographs of the damage or incorrect product (if applicable)

Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case by case basis for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Once I receive your return request, I’ll review the issue and notify you of the next steps.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

I do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product or shade, please follow the steps for returning the item and place a new order.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as I cannot guarantee I will receive your returned item.

Sustainability Note

I’m passionate about keeping our planet as clean as my products. Please recycle any packaging materials and ship items back using eco-friendly methods whenever possible!
