Shipping policy

Hey, Dirty Hair Club fam! We know you’ve got adventures to get to, so we’ll get your order shipped out ASAP. Here’s what you need to know:

Processing Time

I pack and ship orders within 1-3 business days because I know you’re ready to get your hands on some Dirty Hair Club goodness. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll get a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.

Shipping Speeds & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. I work with reliable shipping carriers to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 2-5 business days

• Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 1-3 business days

• UPS Ground: 1-5 business days (varies by location)

• International Shipping: 7-21 business days (customs may cause delays)

Once your order leaves my hands, delivery times depend on the carrier. I wish I could hand deliver every package, but I trust the pros to get it to you safely.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, check around your home and with neighbors first. Sometimes packages get placed in unexpected spots! If it’s still missing, contact your local post office or carrier for assistance. While I can’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages, I’ll do what I can to help you track it down.

International Orders & Customs

If you’re outside the U.S., you may have to pay customs fees or import duties. I don’t control these, and delays can happen, but trust me, Dirty Hair Club is worth the wait!

Address Mistakes Happen

Double check your shipping address at checkout! If your order gets returned because of a wrong address, I can reship it, but you’ll need to cover the extra shipping cost.
